Return Policy (Because Sometimes the Duck Just Isn’t Right) 🦆↩️
We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return:
Email us at info@whattheduckisthat.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
⚠️ Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something’s wrong — damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered — email us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some things just can’t swim back:

Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or design? The fastest way is to return your item, then place a new order after your return is approved.
Refunds
We’ll email you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Remember, your bank or credit card company might take a little extra time to post the refund.)
